REFERENCE REGULATION

Pursuant to article 13 and article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on personal data protection (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), the processing of personal data that you provide by filling out the “Query” form shall be performed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as well as with Directives 2002/58/EC and 2009/136/EC.

PLACE OF PROCESSING

The processing of personal data collected through website “Query” forms will mostly be performed at the Data Controller and stored on the server of the service provider for a fixed-time period. The personal data collected shall not be released and/or disclosed to any third parties and may not be transferred to non-EU countries.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

This privacy notice refers to the personal data provided by a website visitor or user (the Data Subject) when she or he fills out our website forms. The computer systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this website also acquire some personal data as part of their standard functioning. The transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.

These data may not be recorded on other means or devices and no further personal data deriving from website navigation shall be recorded.

SCOPE OF PROCESSING

The only purpose of the contact form on this website is to allow website visitors – if and whenever they want – to contact the Data Controller’s Company by email. The scope of collecting and processing personal data is to be able to reply to website users thanks to the information they have provided through the “Query” form and therefore to meet their requests.

LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The lawful basis for Personal Data processing is art. 6, section 1, par. b, of the GDPR since processing is needed to provide Services or to reply to the Data Subject’s queries.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data and particulars shall only be retained (also in digital format) for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data are being processed and, however, for no longer than 36 (thirty-six) months after their collection.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

As a data subject you are entitled to exercise your rights pursuant to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 of the aforesaid EU Regulation. Specifically, you have the right: to access your personal data; to have inaccurate personal data rectified; to ask for your personal data to be updated or deleted; and to request that processing be restricted if your personal data are incomplete, incorrect or have been collected in violation of the law. Moreover, you have the right to data portability and to object to personal data processing for legitimate purposes. You may submit your request to the Data Controller.

In addition, as a data subject you shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory Authority.
